Christie + Travis | Mission Bay Surfs Up Wedding

Everyone has a "type", and for Christie, that type was surfers. She absolutely refused to date someone who didn't know how to get up on a board. Enter Travis, a guy with a heart of gold and more romance up his sleeve than the leading actor in your fave rom-com... and with zero surfing skills.

This guy knows an awesome opportunity to win over the greatest catch of a woman EVER when he sees it, so he did what any good lovestruck guy would do. He learned how to surf.

Years later, these two ocean lovers have made an adventure of their lives together. They've traveled to Hawaii, Bali, Mt .Whitney, and Sydney, just to name a few. Basically living that National Geographic life! And in just three weeks' time, this joyful couple planned a wedding surrounded by their closest friends and family and the beautiful palm trees of Mission Bay.

This day was full of so much emotion, ranging from belly-laughing fun to sweet tear-filled tenderness. Christie's mom was honored for her incredible fight with cancer, and showed off her stellar dance moves on the floor more than once. We cried along with everyone else as the love just poured and poured for this strong family.

They even did a choreographed dance to the song "I've Had the Time of My Life." Like, legit fun dance skills. And wait until you see Travis host up their fur-baby Winter at the end of their dance! Ridiculously cute!
