Anna + Hunter | Temecula Creek Inn Winter Wedding

‘Tis the season for some serious winter wonderland wedding vibes in San Diego, and I am SO HERE FOR IT. Are you ready for it? Twinkly strands of market lights. Glowing, softly lit outdoor chandeliers. A dreamy winter white cape around our stunning bride’s shoulders. Deep ruby red peonies with greenery from Kendra’s Floral Design that had your girl (and her camera) fighting the urge to shout “yes queen!” to actual florals. An incredible, deeply, soulfully in love couple - with families and friends as joy-filled and excited as they were. Gah. Can you tell we absolutely loved our time with Anna and Hunter?

This couple is all of the heart eyes ever, ever, ever. We fell for these two instantly - their huge hearts and big bear hugs they gave us at their gorgeous wedding had us feeling major feels. The way their guests welcomed Blair and me onto that dance floor (and let us lead a few wedding choreographed dances because you already knoooow we’ve got those down) and celebrated this tender couple was so special.

Anna told me it was nearly love at first sight for them both when they met at their local church, I was like “well, duh.” Then when they realized they both worked out at the same place, it was like it was written in the stars. A first date over some ice cream sammies quickly turned into a lifetime together. Stories like that get me: that sometimes, love seriously can be this immediate sense of finding it in another person - like home is in their arms and you can see the rest of your life’s adventures in their eyes.

Hunter loves Anna’s steadfast sure-mindedness and ability to make him a better man, and is always in awe of her selfless serving of others. She loves his sweet, time-tested patience, and adores the way he daily takes the time to learn her and reaffirm his love to her.

They bonded over their shared love of fitness, family, and faith - and when it was time for Hunter to ask Anna’s Dad for her hand in marriage (SOB), Anna’s Dad put Hunter’s commitment to fitness to test with the most strenuous bike ride of his life. Best story. Best part? Of course, Anna’s Dad said yes and then, Anna said yes, and then, on a gorgeous day in December, Anna and Hunter said ‘I Do’.

Anna and Hunter, thank you for including us in your gorgeous wedding day and best yet, thank you for letting us capture snippets of this love story of yours! We adore it. And you.
